Claire Holden Rothman
Claire Holden Rothman is a Canadian novelist, short story writer and translator.〔("The revolution comes home" ). ''The Gazette'', August 29, 2014.〕 She has published two novels and two short story collections.
Her first novel, ''The Heart Specialist'', was a longlisted nominee for the Scotiabank Giller Prize in 2009,〔("Margaret Atwood, Anne Michaels make Scotiabank Giller Prize long list" ). CP24, September 21, 2009.〕 and her second, ''My October'', was a longlisted nominee for the same prize in 2014〔("Giller Prize money doubles to $140,000" ).
